# How do you gather the necessary resources and manpower to manage those areas?

* This is done so by the procurement and establishment of nurseries. Nurseries can be used to accommodate saplings that can be tended to before they are planted in the target area. Consider it as a base of operations.
* Establishment of these nurseries in the nations' communities can also open up multiple training and job prospects for locals who are interested in the field. By giving them this opportunity, they can be able to sustain the operations even if we’re out of the equation. Regardless, it’s still a win-win situation.
